Do you ship to my country?
  Due to the high cost of freight as well as the time it takes in transit and to clear customs only sell to customers with Canadian shipping addresses. Our USA site only sells to customers from the United States, its territories, or US Service men and women serving overseas with Armed Forces Postal Addresses. We are currently working on extending our distribution to other areas of the world and are actively looking for wholesale and distribution opportunities in other countries.
What are my payment choices?
  During the checkout process you may choose any of our many current payment options, including credit cards and PayPal, and continue to place your order. Please note that orders are only shipped once payment is received.
When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
  Orders are normally processed within 24 Hours, except for high volume times of the year. Orders placed on Friday or on the weekend will generally ship on Monday. If we are going to be delayed longer due to an item being out of stock or other circumstances then we will notify you via email or telephone. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of your order shipping. FREE Shipping on orders over $99.00 before taxes. For orders under $99.00, shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information based on the rates found by clicking here.
